Advance payment is required to confirm packers and movers bookings.
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund after administrative charges.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or government restrictions.
